Back to the track. Jack ran 4 laps at comfortable pace and a 5th lap about 35 seconds faster.


That makes 2km for the day.


He also learned today that it rains on race day, so we train on rain days!

So fast he is blurry Jacob coming down the home stretch

Joey was at the track too. His hair got a bit wet.

Jacob rode his bike to the track, about 1.0 mile.

Warmed up with jogging around the track without stopping 1200M.

Did 5 X 50m sprints including 2 with bumb kicking and high knee drills.

Rode back home!
